Winchester Generals Join American Inline Hockey League (July 2008)

The Generals announce joining the AIHL for the 2008-9 Season. With the support of AAU and leadership from the team owners the American Inline Hockey League is drawing many teams to their league in it's inaugural season. It is anticipated that the majority of the divisional opponents from last season will also play in the new league. The American Inline Hockey League website can be found at www.AIHLhockey.com.

Though format and season length are yet to be determined it is expected that these details will be similar to last year, including the existence of a major and minor division. To celebrate the start of a new season the Generals are sporting a new website. While construction on the site may continue into the pre-season news articles and features will be updated when possible.
