Winchester Generals Name Bill Albers Head Coach.

The Generals Minor Head Coach from last season, Bill Albers, has been named Head Coach for both Major & Minor teams in the 2008-9 season. Coach Albers has demonstrated the leadership needed to accelerate the organization's competitive progress through years of coaching at the tournament level.
